With the assistance and support of 10 volunteer information counsellors (who also provide reception support for our other programs), this program provides:
- Information, counselling, advocacy, personal assistance and referrals. We link people with human services, community organizations, and businesses.
- Tourism information. Available for pick up in our office, we provide the public with the most up-to-date tourist information available for the province of Ontario, including a map of Dundas, and brochures about activities, special events and festivals, parks, conservation areas etc.
- Directories of business, organizations and professional groups.
- A summer youth employment program
- Scheduling for the community sign.
